|Practice Manager (Custom Development Java Technologies),   Cairo,   Egypt|
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the organization’s delivery capability and capacity to ensure that the skills of the resources adequately meet/exceed the market’s requirements, in addition to managing overall profitability in partner with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to align the supply & demand of Java Practice resources. Where supply imbalances occur, the job holder leads the initiation of corrective actions (e.g., train resources in new skills, support the sourcing of additional resources, work to get resources staffed in other Practice domains). He will also play a role in supporting the sale and delivery of projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering or related degree is required
- 10+ years of experience
- Extensive experience required within Java Practice Domain (at least 5+ years)
- Comfort in ambiguous situations
- Ability of working collaboratively in a matrix environment
