ICT Africa is a media partner for the Commonwealth Telecommunication Organisation (CTO) Forum 2013 to be held from October 7-9 at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, Nigeria.
CTO Forum 2013 is being organised by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation with support from Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Communication Technology and Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
This forum will focus on “Innovation through Broadband” and will bring together ICT regulators, government departments, telecommunication operators, equipment suppliers, and implementing agencies and universal service fund administrators. The forum will emphasise issues of global solutions to broadband infrastructure, revenue management and challenges of security whilst demonstrating revolutionary innovations resulting from broadband implementations. A wide array of topics will be under discussion, from cloud computing to social media and youth engagement to e-governance and the future of ICT development across the Commonwealth and beyond.
